1/2 cup of ViBERi freeze dried blackcurrants
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1 table spoon pure maple syrup or honey
100g of dark chocolate
In a food processor blend the freeze dried blackcurrants and coconut once well combined remove from processor into a large bowl. Add coconut oil, rice syrup, coconut cream & blackcurrant powder, mix well. Roll and shape the mixture with your hands, place in the freezer to set for at least 10 minutes. Melt dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, once your bounty mix feel firm to touch roll each bite in the melted chocolate and decorate as you please.
